In line with its commitment to promoting sustainable development and implementing social responsibility in the project surrounding communities, China Three Gorges Asia-Africa (hereinafter referred to as “CTG Asia-Africa”) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Taibeh Municipality in Jordan. The MoU was signed by Mr.Thabet Al-Sharida, Chairman of Al-Taibeh Municipality Council and Mr.Owais Amayreh, Project Manager of CTG Asia-Africa.

The agreement aims to facilitate road rehabilitation works within the municipality, addressing critical infrastructure needs and upgrading local road networks. This initiative has showcased the dedication of CTG Asia-Africa to supporting the communities surrounding the project by investing in essential infrastructure that will improve daily life of residents nearby.
Through this partnership, CTG Asia-Africa plans to improve road safety, strengthen connectivity between local areas, and enable smoother transportation for residents, businesses and public services. It is expected that the upgraded road will boost local economic activity, ease transport challenges and promote the overall socio-economic development of the Al-Taibeh Municipality.
